Thank you. My family is on the island and news in the US has been sketchy as to details on Boracay. Figuring that to be a good sign, today's information and your pics are helpful. God Bless and speedy recovery to the island and the people. A shout ot to the Nation family should anyone know them. ♥ peace and love to you all.

I live in kelowna and will be arriving in Boracay Nov/13. Early morning and seems like Boracay is getting it together and that the Airport in Caticlan is up and running again as well, Looks like I will be helping my girlfriend doing some major clean up, luckly her home is on the west side close to buiobog beach, probley wrong spelling for the beach name. Should be an intersting trip .

Norm, thank you soooo much for posting. I have family stuck with you on Boraclay. Very nerve wracking on our end trying to make sure they are OK. Quick question, is ferry running to the airport? We confirmed flights are flying but wondering if you can get off the island. Thank you again and I am glad you are safe,

Norm - thank you for your updates on Boracay - My brother and his family live there, and we were unable to locate any other definitive updates on the island. Your site enabled me to pass on encouraging information to my mother, who can be a task; and worries if I don't call her back within 30min, so you can imagine her state when getting no info about Boracay! Her favorite kid lives there - (my brother - longer story, lol), but I digress - just THANK you! You have a new follower :)

So pleased to know that island is relatively OK as family are there at present but, for obvious reasons, cannot get in touch to check them out. I will sleep better tonight for your posting, thank you!
